Do you accept walk-ins? How much is the entrance fee?
Yes, we accept walk-ins. Adults are 800 PHP, Children below 3ft are 600 PHP, Senior citizens and PWD have a 20% discount. Babies 12 months old and below are free of charge.

What are your operating hours?
We are open daily.
Weekdays (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
Weekends and Holidays (8:00AM to 6:00PM)

Are food and drinks allowed inside?
Yes, food and drinks are allowed inside but will be charged a corkage fee of 50 PHP per head.

Do you have a map available?
We currently do not have a map, but the zoo has number signs from 1-70 which you can follow so you don't miss out on any exhibits.

What is prohibited in the zoo?
Smoking (both cigarettes and vapes) is not allowed inside the zoo. Guests are prohibited from bringing pets, alcoholic drinks, camera drones, bikes, scooters, cooking appliances, and food for the animals.

Can I bring my pets to the zoo?
As much as we love our animal friends, pets are not allowed inside the zoo.

Can I feed the animals? Can I hold any animals?
Animals in the zoo can only be fed using food purchased at their designated animal feeding stations. For the safety of both animals and our guests, we have a no handling policy of our animals that are not for our animal encounters.

Is the zoo wheelchair and stroller friendly? Do you have wheelchairs for rent?
Yes, the zoo is both wheelchair and stroller friendly. We also have wheelchairs for rent at 200 PHP.

Does the zoo have a parking lot?
Yes, the zoo has a free parking lot which is a 3-5 minute walk from the entrance.

Can I avail the online offers onsite?
Our online offers are only available via our website. Regular rates apply onsite as walk-in.

What payment methods do you accept?
On our website, we accept credit/debit cards, online banking, e-wallets, and over the counter payment centers. Onsite, we only accept cash.

What do I present during my visit?
For tickets purchased on our website, kindly present the email confirmation from iPay88 Sales (digital or printed copy). For tickets purchased on Klook, kindly present the voucher with the QR code.
